Great location. Lovely accommodation, nice and clean. Lots of added extras if needed, like deodorant, new toothbrush, hairdryer, etc. Quiet and relaxing stay with a nice breakfast included. (We are vegan and the host provided plant based milk and butter) perfect.

The blinds in the bedroom are very thin and not blackout, so woken very early (5am) with the sunlight (had to buy eye masks for the rest of our stay.) The shower is a little tricky to use from the angle of the roof, however the water pressure was amazing.

Inside the shepherds hut was clean and it was warm, the bed was comfortable too.

The website information/ photograph didn’t reflect what we found for example the exterior to the hut was untidy /unclean, lots of leaves on the decking and also on the patio table and deck chairs. The 2 deck chairs very also very dirty in appearance. Furthermore the website suggested there was a ‘sea view’ which was totally incorrect and the nearest beach ( West Wittering ) was about 30 minutes walk away not 15 minutes as suggested in the information brochure

The cleanliness of the room, the standard of the room in comparison to the advertised standard. Silverfish/bugs in both apartments provided. The building you stay in is not the same one as the picture shows.

The only good thing about this hotel is location.

This hotel is the worst ive ever stayed in. The sea view would have been a bonus if it had not been covered in scaffolding.The window frames were rotten and lots of them were boarded up.There were big chunks of masonary missing.The wallpaper was peeling from the walls due to damp.The whole building is leaning to the right which makes the stairs hard to climb and harder to do the higher up you go, the lift does not work so not an option.Builders drilling and hammering at 7am.
