Perfect location for the ExCel with a really responsive and friendly host. The apartment was lovely and very spacious with great views. Had everything you needed inside for a perfect stay. Would look to rebook for next year if we attend the show, highly recommend!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly rooms which was great and they really were welcome by staff. The room very large and spacious, bed quite comfy.

Rooms in much need of an upgrade. Bath had rust along the top and bathroom had mould. The room overall was very tired looking. No mini fridge in the room- always a nice simple touch for guests. The corridor noise was so loud with the gap under the door being quite large, people walking up and down talking throughout the night woke me and my partner up multiple times- 2.30am on a thursday night/friday morning out of the town centre? I believe the hotel is going through a refurb so could soon be in a better state?

If being picky then one or two bits of bathroom did look like it could have been done more professionally (tiling), but again I say of being picky. Great place for a central stay in Brighton

Good location for a short stay> Bathroom very good with an excellent shower. Bed very comfortable and property very clean.

There was no oven which was a bit of a disappointment but we managed with small microwave and small airfryer. There was very limited workspace. Probably ideal for 2 or 3 nights but for longer stays where we like to eat in on alternate nights this would be restrictive.
