  Had to be in Thurso at that time and I was having difficulty finding accommodation-Sandra's Backpackers was my last hope. I had a double ensuite room and was more than satisfied. My room was in same part of building as kitchen. Self serve breakfast. Great selection of cereals. Bread , milk and jam etc in fridge. Tea and coffee inc. coffee pods. Eggs were also in fridge. Large kitchen with several large tables. Kitchen available all day except between 11pm and 7am. Kettles , cookers , microwaves and toasters available. Good chat to be had in kitchen. James, staff, at end of phone if needed. Suggested that he update photo on booking site to match its new frontage. Less than 10 mins to train station and buses nearby.

  Would have been useful to be able to find a clean dishtowel rather than have to leave dishes on draining board.

  The Butterfly Home was wonderful as was the host, the place was clean and comfortable and was perfect for a family of 5. Really close to the local train station getting right in to the centre of London, bonus was an off street parking spot so we were able to leave the car without paying high parking costs.

  I liked the rooms as they where nice and spacious and really comfortable and I liked the fact there was a kitchen space too it's really good value for money! I liked the fact there was shops close by to go to at any time you wanted which was really helpful! I had a wonderful stay!

  The views could of been better but we didn't go for the views we went because we had a family event and wanted to stay somewhere cheap but nice at the same time, the location was a little out the way from central London but you did have Brent cross shopping centre close by and some other shops which was lovely to go and see, public transport is also very good for the location even though it's a little out of London!
