excellent breakfast, nice big room , bed very comfortable. we received a warm welcome from the host and were offered a cuppa on arrival which was a nice touch, the first time at any booking we have had anywhere.it was easy to park right outside the hotel too. the host helped us with the suitcases up to the room. the room was very clean.

Heidi was a delight! Welcomed us and provided ongoing smiles and support during our stay. Excellent location; a lovely walk into St. Ives or a bus stop 50m from the door. Breakfast was excellent, generous and very reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable but small.

Location was good. Did not have to get out of the airport to reach the hotel. Direct access - very convenient. Breakfast was the usual stuff.

It would have been nice if they let us checked in slightly earlier than the stated time. They were pretty strict about the checking in time and we were told we had to pay GDP40 if we wanted to check in an hour early. So a lot of guests like us were hanging around the lobby waiting to check in when we arrived.

The facilities were great, it was in a good location.

It was cold when we got there as the heating wasn’t on, and the floor felt damp. When we asked the heating was put on, it was controlled from the house not the apartment.
