The hotel is a 1 minute walk from Paddington station, We always stay in Norfolk Square where the hotel is based, but this was our first time at this particular hotel. The staff there are lovely and will help you with whatever you need, we were early for check in and they held our case for us to go out and come back later. They also held it on our last day for us to pick up before heading to the station. Check in is quick and if you’re not fussed about facilities and want something cheap then you can’t fault this hotel. The bathroom whilst small was clean and tidy and had plenty of hot water. There was a small fridge and a fan also in the room which was great.

Rooms could do with a bit of a make over, wallpaper is peeling off in bits and it could do with a revamp, the rooms are small which we knew when booking so that didn’t faze us, so there is a lack of storage space. Windows need repairing they are a bit rickety could possibly be unsafe with small children.

Super clean apartment and very helpful host (recommendation for restaurants & shopping in the area). Bus to Trafalgar Square directly in front of the house. Comfortable bedroom to the backyard, so we could sleep with open window. Great shower with high water pressure. Yummy welcome cookies 😋

Weird smell in the hallway. The sofabed for the third guest in the living room is just ok and with open window it's rather noisy. So, perfect for 2...

Good location to base ourselves out of around Inverness. Also great to have a kitchenette to eat in for a change. Was a great little space, with the welcome treats a beautiful touch.

The house was lovely, great use of space. We enjoyed the steamroom and outdoor space, and the bed was really comfy. The bluetooth speakers throughout the house were a great addition.

The only 2 issues with the stay were the fact that I parked outside, then had a note left on my car from neighbours saying they wanted to put their skip there. This confrontation was not ideal on a relaxing stay. The heating also came on a couple of times despite us turning it down, which wasn't ideal on the very hot day. We managed to turn it off eventually, so all was well in the end.

The jacuzzi bath in the room was great. The mattress was really comfortable. The room was really spacious.
