Lovely apartment with glorious views. Very clean , towels and bed linen provided. Everything there that you needed. Underground car park with allocated space was a bonus. Everything on hand from fish and chips to Tesco express practically on the doorstep.

Was a bit concerned when we arrived that the property was right next door to the small amusements, but can honestly say this was no problem at all. This is only visible from the front of the apartments. The view once inside certainly makes up for it .

The accommodation was excellent & was in an ideal location. I liked the facility of an outside/garden sitting area. The location was quiet but was within easy walking distance of shops & a multitude of different walking routes.

Pool was undergoing maintenance. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in and no bell to attract attention. Computer didn’t work so couldn’t pay for room at the time. Pool area paint coming off and bathroom in room had no towels.

Check in was a nightmare as lost the booking and after driving up 8 hours from london with 2 small kids was exhausted - took an hour to resolve and give us room access. Sadly there were rowdy guests who disturbed us on 1sr floor and when we moved to 2nd floor was worse. We didn’t manage to get access to 4th floor room as promised as it was smelling of smoke apparently (even tho non smoking rooms) Was offered by the helpful day staff to move again but was so much hassle at this point and was busy with wedding preps couldn’t deal with the headache. We also had bad experience with the mattress in bother rooms as it had roll together effect and caused me very bad back pain - sadly won’t look to book again
