Location - close to the train station, not far from both the center and Cardiff Bay. Opposite the hotel SPAR and Coop. Comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient lighting and switches. A street is quiet at night. Very friendly staff. I would especially like to thank Oksana, who helped us a lot with registration and everything else.

The room is very small. There is a separate room with a toilet without washbasin and brush, and a washbasin in the general room itself. There is a separate shower cabin, and you will have to undress, dry yourself and dress in the room too. There is no kettle or cups in the room.

Lovely spacious apartment. Located off the High Street but behind the main street, so was very quiet. Ideal location for Snowdon. Reccomend the Melyn Cafe, yellow fronted on High Street, serve excellent coffees, cake, and pastries.

Bathroom smaller than a Hong Kong guesthouse. Some fittings old and need replacing. Room door lock unsuitable- an ancient Yale front door lock which could be opened with a credit card

Room slightly small but it was a single room. Room was on 3rd floor with numerous staircases and no lift. Had to carry 2 heavy suitcases. Bathroom quite small.

The entrance to the building is dirty and disgusting. You feel like you entrance a flophouse. The owners have to put the pictures of the building and the entrance, so guests will not be surprised. Also it was cold in the apartment. The owner told me there is a manger who should come and fix, but we didn’t wait and escaped to a hotel on the next day .
