This hotel is an extremely good value if you want to stay near terminal 5 at Heathrow. We spent 1 night before our flight after taking the Heathrow express train. It is easy to get to using the pods for remote parking from T5. There are signs by the elevator outside the main terminal and the hotel gives you instructions on their site, Allow about 10 minutes to get there, The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was a small queen. Plenty of room to move around. The restaurant served decent food for dinner. Did not have breakfast, Would stay here again instead of in London if flying out of T5. Much better value than the Sofitel in the airport.

The hotel is 3 stories and did not have elevators. This was not a problem for us as we had a room on the ground floor. Hotel is pretty big so your chances of getting a room on first or second floor is pretty good.

Lovely family run B&B With a really homely feel. Good breakfast B&B Was based on a small holding so some animals around to see. Owner has 2 rescue dogs who were very much part of the family.

The room we had was excellent very light and airy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained.

We booked two rooms and the other room was very sparse and dark with flagstone floors. This wasn’t very comfortable. The hot breakfast was an additional charge which was unexpected.

The fact we had to wait an hour in a cold reception area to check-in. The fact that they they told me my card had been declined when it hadnt and just wanted me to pay again. The card number the manager read back to me was not my card ,which I told him but he was not interested. The fact that they did not look at the confirmation details on my phone from Booking.com. The fact that they told me that I was the only person whose card had been declined only for this to happen to the following three guests who arrived after us, who were again asked to pay again. The fact that there was no temperature gauge on the shower and it just ran hot all the time. The fact that the two rooms in which we stayed had no heating. The fact that the guy who said he was the manager (Mr Fuad) was not the manager and was not helpful and the fact the that the owner (a Mr Ali) lived in another city and was useless so far as being able to sort out the plethora of problems.
