Location was easy to find, parking at the property was free of charge, however you will need to leave keys at reception as cars double parked. I found this a little daunting but all was ok. Bed a little uncomfortable as too soft for my liking but this is personal preference. Room amazingly clean and great decor. Food for breakfast ample and hot/fresh. Staff amazing and helpful

It was perfect for what we needed as we wanted to wash clothes and could do that without an issue. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet.

Bar closed after we returned to the hotel after 11. Room service could only supply bottled beer which unfortunately my wife does not drink. The hotel is ideal for the new arena venue, but getting back just after eleven and drinks not available was disappointing, especially as there were several people booked in and attending the concert.

Service was rotten. Staff approach could have been better. Communication was poor. Service at meals poor. Menu...a few things asked for out of stock. Not just one item but nearly all the items requested. Poor!!!
