The location was perfect for us. It was just 10 minutes walk from Hyde Park and the Paddington underground station. It was very quiet and yet had loads of lovely restaurants nearby. The breakfast room was pleasant and the choice of food was good and fresh. We were able to pay for 3 days of breakfast up front for a discount. The room was adequate, with a TV, Fridge, a good shower and good storage. the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The bar/lounge wasn't very inviting. I think a few comfy chairs to sit in instead of the haphazard tables might be a good idea. They had a TV in the room, but we didn't feel like sitting in there.

Easy to get to by bus from the airport. Helpful contact to give code for key lockbox to let yourself in, and to advise nearest bus stop to property. Located well for the venue I was going to. Bed clean and comfortable, shower ok. Good for local Tesco/ takeaways. Cheap and served it's purpose ok.

Communal lounge/kitchen area .... Really needs a good clean and maybe time to replace the couches. Cupboards dirty but the fridge was clean. Outside area also needs to be cleared up ,(but to be fair I was only sleeping there as out all the time). My room door opened straight onto the street do a bit noisy in the morning.

It came with a parking lot. The rooms were clean they didn’t smell. It came with a very good breakfast I would say. Walking distance to local restaurants.

We got a really nice room for five and had to switch it cost of electricity problems. That wasn’t that great that we got a smaller room for this. Also a weird smell we noticed in the hallways and Stairwells. Swinging hallway doors can be very disturbing early in the morning.

Breakfast was very good. Dinner was fine, if unexceptional. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and good lighting. Comfy sofas and huge bed.

Noise from muzak was loud and persistent, in room and restaurant, until 11p.m one night. On the Monday, we went out at 9.30a.m. leaving sign on our door, only to arrive back at 2.30 to find our room had not been cleaned. Unworthy of an expensive hotel. On Sunday, after we arrived, we asked the receptionist how to walk to the beach. I was unimpressed by the difficult, stony walk through fields and building site. Not the best start for me, a 76 year old and my husband, aged 80. Parking was difficult at times. We were not prepared to park on the narrow road.

old fashioned room with one picture. No carpet in room. no shelf by sink in small bathroom. TV in wrong position. Bed basic. Breakfast basic - only bananas for fruit, sliced bread. not value for money.

The shower is over the bath with no anti slip mat provided. My mother slipped and injured her knee, there is no grab rail either. Very dangerous for the elderly, it should at least have a non slip mat in the bath.
