  The staff where very friendly Hotel was only a few minutes walk from teca where we was going to Usually in hotels hear people going about or in their rooms didn’t hear anything Loved way what watching on tv played in bathroom so could still hear it It was good having a fridge in the room more hotels need to do this

  Didn’t like having the room staff knocking on door at 9.30 to see if get in clean room when check out wasn’t until 11 it made us feel like had to hurry get ready to leave

  Really nice flat - very specious for the two of us plus hound and very nicely done out. It's on a long cul de sac which seems very peaceful and genteel, just a very short walk down the hill away from the beach or a short walk up to the main road for shops, cafes and pubs.

  If a quiet, relatively small resort is for you it couldn't be better. Of course the British weather sometimes could be!

  We had a lovely front of house greeting, friendly and welcoming. Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and the service received was friendly. A perfect location for visiting Portmerion, the Slate Caverns and a trip on the train.

  Can't complain about anything, great stay and would visit again. Make sure to book ahead somewhere for an evening meal, it appears quiet but was quite busy.

  Car parking spaces too tight. One of the two lifts (the one to the car park - caused problems with luggage) not working. No food at all except breakfast (" kitchen deep clean") All this revealed sloppy careless management
