Perfect location, right in the center of Worthing, within seconds you are in the middle of plenty of take away's cafe's restaturants and the shops etc, nice sized rooms, TV downstairs and upstairs with all the channels, great kitchen including an air fryer, microwave and washing machine, everything you need for a great stay. Lovely patio garden with table and chairs and a great sun trap and only 150 metres to Worthing seafront, and a 10 minute walk to Worthing railway station for those days out. Free parking and Shannon the host was very quick to reply to any questions and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great stay.

I cannot fault this property or host at all, for us it was perfect, we have a family member with a severe nut allergy and pre booking I asked the host to ensure their was no soaps, or cleaning chemicals with any nuts and Shannon (The host) was very quick to respond to ensure we had a safe stay.

The location is great. The room (Room 5) was perfect for me alone, but might have been a bit tight for two people. There is no breakfast option here, but the room has a small kitchen area, including a fridge, kettle, microwave oven, sink, cups, etc., which was useful.

As others have noted, there was a lot of noise from the street. This was not a problem for me, but it would not suit a light sleeper. The room is at the top of a steep street (see picture). Again not a problem for me, but could be for others.

Could not find anyone when we arrived despite pre arranging time. Had to get WiFi password from another guest as no information given on arrival. Nobody checked how our stay was going. Had to ask for clean towels and room to be cleaned after 8 days. Bathroom had unpleasant smell despite pouring bleach down drains.

Not like the pictures. Not the same furniture in the living room at all plus no plants. No day bed as shown near the kitchen… just an old tv stand . Bit grubby and unloved. Couldn’t get into the garage as it was padlocked. Heating on 24 hours a day and wouldn’t turn off. Roof terrace wasn’t great. All needs some TLC Garage will only fit a small car. You will be towed away if you park on the front of the property
