The hotel is in a good location with a short walk down across the grounds to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and attentive which enhanced our visit. The bar / restaurant had a good atmosphere catering for hotel guests, caravaner’s and locals with a good variety of meals at a reasonable price.

The bathroom in Room 5 is the smallest bathroom in any hotel we’ve visited. Sitting on the toilet your feet touch the shower screen and your shoulder / arm are against the heated towel rail. It was also annoying that the bathroom light switch is on the wrong side of the doorway behind the door.

A very comfortable apartment, with off street parking. Only 8 mins walk to catch bus for Forest Live concert. We asked to check in a little earlier and the owner was very helpful and responsive

Clean hotel and very good value for money. Strong shower, room with iron and hairdryer. The hotel granted my request to check in early, which was very kind.

I thought the guy at reception was super polite and pleasant... but I thought the girl who cleaned the room wasn't too happy that he let us out early, we didn't find her very friendly. There was a problem with the information that breakfast could be paid for on the day and at the time, but we were unable to pay at the time and had to go out for coffee.

It was 2 bedroom but the double bed in one room meant the door could not close. Due to this the person in that room could have no privacy.
