The location to the venue we wanted was very close to get to and other family members. The presentation of the 4 rooms was nice and ease of putting on the heating. The design and layout of the kitchen and bathroom was lovely. Great to have a bedroom and toilet downstairs for my dad, excellent! How quickly a problem we had was sorted out by the maintenance guy.

First of all I was not aware of the parking space before hand, despite asking several times before my visit. The parking space in front of the property was very small and challenging to access as the road leading up to the house is very narrow. Cleanliness was not great at all! Though the rooms were presented in a good condition, there were cobwebs in various parts of the home. The batteries in the remote controls were not in all controls. Some of the cupboards in the bedrooms did not have a rail to hang up clothes, so I had to hang clothes in one room while I slept in another room. The freezer was not defrosted so the door did not close properly. The bin was full already, so I couldn't dispose of my rubbish. Water leak from the shower room into the kitchen downstairs after 1 adult and 2 children used the shower, which caused the electric to stop working. I expected double beds in all rooms, and there was 1 room with a single bed.

Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable bed. Everything we needed for our stay. Great location and a choice of places to eat. Great communication in relation to gaining access. We were even welcomed with a ballooon for our anniversary. Would definitely visit again.

V small room. The paint on the wardrobe was chipped in many places which made it look tatty. Tv had not been tuned so unable to access BBC. Was promised this would be addressed but did not happen. Bathroom had chipped paint on the walls and there were bugs moving about on the small bathroom window

In a newly refurbished room we expected side tables on both sides of the bed, so on one side everything had to go on the floor, and why install a cheap bath in a new bathroom when the modern approach is a walk in shower ? Cooked breakfast was cold.
