The location is within 5-10 mins of 2 large supermarkets, 5 minutes from a lovely green space, and the same for the historic centre. Tip: If you are struggling to get hot water from the bathroom tap adjoining the bedroom, simply turn the shower on for a few seconds and you will get hot water from the tap. We really enjoyed our stay. Amelie is a fantastic host. I don't think we have stayed anywhere better. Thank you so much.”

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and on site bar with varied entertainment. The bar was reasonably priced. Cooked breakfasts are made to order, so it's fresh. Room was comfortable and clean and had a good wardrobe space for those staying longer than one night. The lift was out of action when I stayed and I got a courtesy call the day before asking if I was OK with stairs and walking due to my room location. The stairs are narrow and some are a tad steep. It was a popular hotel on the seafront. It was easy to get to by car. Easy walking distance to the Tower, both peirs and the Pleasure Beach. I would stay there again.

  Breakfast options could have been better, they had a good cooked breakfast selection, made to order but continental choices were cereal and toast. They didn't appear to cater much to dietary needs, but then I didn't ask. Parking spaces were tight and had a double park system I've not seen before. If you struggle with stairs, then I'd avoid some of the stairs are steep, it's not a very accessible building (not that I needed it but I did see some older people struggle).

  Fantastic new build property split into 4 units, this was one of the first floor apartments. Minimally but comfortably furnished, great standard of kitchen, with all the appliances you'd find at home. Plenty of room in lounge/diner, lovely TV and fast Wi-Fi. Bedroom moderately sized and comfortable beds. Large bathroom with shower over bath and fluffy towels. A great home-from-home experience. Fairly quiet location. A good selection of shops just around the corner! Parking right outside. Complementary hot drinks and soap a nice touch. Thank you.
