The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

I have stayed here before and love it some much. The food is incredible, particularly the chilli, pizzas and lasagne. Staff are really helpful and kind, rooms are wonderful. Breakfast and fantastic. This is such a great place and highly recommend. Located is perfect too.

Nothing at all. I'll always stay here now when visiting Betws-y-coed.

The staff was professional and very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The food was amazing. The whisky list is one of the best I have ever seen (many good Japanese whiskies too). They helped me arrange a taxi to the Macallan and back.

Affordable single room first floor studio pad with small kitchenette and bathroom. About ten minutes' walk from Kings Cross. Lovely Thai restaurant "Supawan" nearby across the road from the apartment.

Dated furniture and furnishings need an update. Not the nicest part of central London. Situated on a noisy road. Bathroom accessed via kitchenette.

Great location, very bright flat with a nice view, very spacious, and the landlords welcomed us with some delicious goodies in the fridge. Thank you!

The property is great and I have nothing to mention here. In terms of booking, I received at least a dozen booking confirmations, which was total overkill. And it was impossible to contact the property prior to our arrival, around some confusion on a late check-in. But in the end all was fine, and we had a terrific stay.

Quiet for a pub, close to Sainsbury's and Esso petrol station. Good access to Durham and A1.

Modern. Comfortable bed

No wardrobe or even a chest of drawers to put clothes in. Found this very odd. Just a couple of coat hangers to hang our coats up. Not ideal for a weekend stay with 2 adults and a child. Had to keep all our clothes in our suitcases. Surface/ shelf needed in the bathroom to put toiletries etc on. Also hooks to be able to hang up wet towels. Staff didn’t seem happy to be working there. Didn’t seem a friendly place.
