We were a short walk from family but location was also a negative as it was industrial and very noisy. Room was nicely done for the most part

Lighting was too dull to put on makeup or shave. Really needed another shelf and hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletries. I was disappointed there was no fridge, this has been a standard in our 3 week trip. With no breakfast available, it would have been nice to have a fridge. As mentioned above, really noisy, sometimes early as 5.30am from the gym next door.

Location was perfect for a trip to the O2. Very pretty and quiet but can see the city . Tea and coffee was there, bed was comfy.

Gaining access wasn't great, the door wouldn't open for about 20 mins. But the owners called to make sure we were ok. Sofa not comfy at all, and bathroom needs some attention especially tiles and woodwork.

Modern lobby. Good restaurant. Rooms were big and beds huge and very comfy. Great showers.

Lifts were extremely slow to arrive. Ended up taking the stairs, but you probably don't want to do that if you're on the top floor! Rooms were far too hot and no air con.

It was neat and clean inside.

Outside is dirty and very dodgy looking. Rooftop terrace is not the correct term for the outside and is also not very aesthetic. Construction being done to the actual building and no one advised. Started hearing work before 8am while trying to enjoy a lie in. Have to remove your own black bag waste after your stay is just ridiculous. Multiple emails felt like being harassed. Did not feel relaxed during the stay here and will never use again or recommend.
