The host, Tony, was so helpful and welcoming. He messaged us to check everything was okay. He helped with parking permits and a great breakfast recommendation. The hotel was tastefully decorated with a funky vibe. We loved it! The location was great. Lots of eateries and shops nearby.

Payed for internet. Didn't work at all. You have to pay for disability parking. The manager was arguing with members of the public has I arrived and it didn't stop. She was incredibly rude.

Gorgeous hotel with absolutely lovely staff. Always a pleasure to stay. Really comfy beds. Right in the middle of town.

Lack of air conditioning. Granted - it's Lancaster we don't get a lot of hot days but unfortunately this particular stay it was extremely warm and I didn't sleep well, even with the fan on all night and window open (traffic noise was not great)

Over all disappointed. Even contemplated going to another hotel. It cost too much so i didnt. Out dated furniture. Poor poor WiFi connection. I had to use the phone data. My spouse didnt shower as he felt it was not hygienic for him to shower in that facility. I have videos and i am going to ask for my money back because of this bad experience.

We were in a courtyard suite for the weekend & were woken at 6am on both mornings with the sound of the upstairs resident stomping around. You expect solid ceilings etc in all areas of this building, old or new but not in this case?!
