- “It’s a gem in Fira in perfect distance from downtown. The rooms are cozy, we really liked the pool and especially the sunbeds. The breakfast is simple, but really tasty, we never left hungry. The owner of the place is a very direct gentleman, listen for his advices, and don’t be afraid to ask even silly things from him. Our plane were delayed, we arrived to the hotel just before midnight, but they waited for us. Very good value for your money.”

  The location of the Regency Hotel is excellent for the station, the tower, the shops, cinema and Coral Island. It has its own small bar which is always a bonus. I slept well in my bed and I was well supplied with tea, coffee and milk. The shower worked fine. There were enough hangers for my clothes. I was able to charge my phone. The room worked for me and I would stay at the Regency Hotel again.

  There didn't seem to be a signal to the TV but I didn't really need it so I didn't ask about it. There was a bit of noise from seagulls and other guests but not enough to stop me sleeping. A bedside lamp would have been handy but I managed fine without one.

  Hotel is in a great location in the nicer part of Great Yarmouth The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, would definitely stay again

  Location excellent, well equipped, decorated nicely. Was exactly what we needed and great for the price! Dwayne was very helpful and we'll be recommending this place moving forward and returning ourselves!

  Such a minor thing, but a shower caddy would be excellent. Didn't impact our stay at all though. Pillows were a little firm for us, but guess that's just a personal taste thing.

  Location was good for the train station. Although mind the steps. It did what we needed. I like the coded door lock, no need to carry a key. Shower was really powerful. Tv worked

  The skylight really needed a clean. I loved the electronic blind but was absolutely filthy. Small thing though. Staff were non existent though. They did there job but not very friendly or welcoming just gave us a key, loosely explained the code thing and there was a language barrier too.

  Good location, room and en-suite were both clean. Ladies on reception and breakfast staff were great.

  Very tired decor, uncomfortable mattress, no facility anymore for an evening meal, pool has fallen into disrepair and my daughter cut her feet in three places on broken/loose tiles. Luckily I had a first aid kit with me.

  Location and access. Frequent shuttle buses to Heathrow.

  I was very surprised that the communal areas were very dated and inconveniently arranged. The corridors were noisy even at late night. Receptionists processed us like the cashiers do in the supermarkets. The breakfast was very disappointing.
