We booked this last minute as we weren't able to get back to Glasgow due to the storm. We were met with very friendly, accommodating staff that made a smooth and early check in for us. The room was spotless, spacious and had a beautiful view! It was so special falling asleep looking over the bridges :). We've stayed here a good few times and only ever have lovely things to say about the atmosphere and ever accommodating staff! Thank you :)

The host is the best one ever. He was very kind, received us at the door when we arrived, and made us feel welcome. The room included the breakfast, which was tasty and filling. The hotel is very close to Newcastle downtown by bus, around 15–20 minutes. The public transport around the city and to/from the hotel was good. We absolutely recommend this place and we would come back!

    Hebburn is a lot like many other suburban towns, it has its up & downs but it does have good shopping, plenty of supermarkets to chose from, places to eat and takeaway. It's served by a very central Metro station that's only 12 minutes from Newcastle Central, and a short ride down to the coast at South Shields. There's plenty of places to visit if you use Hebburn as a stopping place to explore the North East and the people are friendly and welcoming
