One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality is second to none and I would rate it in my favourite top 3 hotels I have ever experienced. Loved the balcony, the location is exceptional being close to so many important things that I could walk to. Many lovely restaurants and stores close by as well as important land marks. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Beautifully appointed I felt spoiled staying here. From the amazing bed to the excellent chocolates on arrival and the spacious bathroom I can't think of anywhere that I have felt more comfortable. The breakfast was also superb.

This is my fourth time with this property. Words fail to express my appreciation for the experience. Everything is perfect. Professionalism at its best. The location is ten minutes walk from all sites of interest, breakfast is superb, the room is spotless and comfortable and the premises are welcoming and accommodating. We were upgraded to a Premium room, it was very nice, much better than what we expected. Everything was very clean, the room was even better than the photos, we even had our own private sauna. The location is excellent, it's very close to all the most popular spots. The staff was helpful and kind.

I would say one of the the best things about the hotel was welcoming from the entrance to the room. Front office/reception team was lovely. Both Karoline and Caroline has replied all our queries swiftly & kindly. Also, the room was very stylish, well occupied and warm like home. Plus, the breakfast had quite delicious selections with ideal portions. Last but not the least, the team was very sensitive about our special occasion which meant a lot for us.
