We were upgraded to a Premium room, it was very nice, much better than what we expected. Everything was very clean, the room was even better than the photos, we even had our own private sauna. The location is excellent, it's very close to all the most popular spots. The staff was helpful and kind.

I would say one of the the best things about the hotel was welcoming from the entrance to the room. Front office/reception team was lovely. Both Karoline and Caroline has replied all our queries swiftly & kindly. Also, the room was very stylish, well occupied and warm like home.
