Staff, facilities and the property itself is amazing. We stayed there on our way from Dar to Mwanza. We stayed with two of our small dogs. Food was good too. They even packed our breakfast early in the morning as per request. Would love to visit again.

The hotel is very well located in Nungwi, the facilities are very good, clean and very taken care of. Alp the hotel owner is very organized and helpful.

It is paradise !! The team was fabulous, the room is incredible- view from the bad to the tropical garden, the pool and the ocean. I couldn’t wait to wake up in the morning to see that ( and I couldn’t stop taking pictures). The team just wanted to make us happy and make sure we’re having fun. We didn’t have see sandals, so the owner just loaned us 4 sets just to walk in the low tide. They didn’t push us to check out and let us stay “as much as you want” as we wanted to wait for the low tide to see this miracle. It’s a new hotel and I guess the prices will go up very very soon, so hurry up.

Even though the hotel has just opened, we had a great stay experience. The hotel was very nice and clean. The managers of the hotel, Mr. Thomas and his wife, are wonderful people. Apart from our accommodation, they helped us a lot with the excursions in Tanzania. I would like to thank them very much for giving us a wonderful holiday experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Pangani Cliffs! The staff and managers went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and cared for. The food was outstanding, every day brought a new dish prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They also arranged a fantastic boat trip to Maziwe Island, where we had a great time. We loved exploring the reef at low tide, unwinding by the pool, and enjoying delicious cocktails with a breathtaking ocean view. I would highly recommend spending at least 2-3 days here, as there are plenty of activities to enjoy and discover. 😍

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at African Bungalows in Nungwi, Zanzibar. This cozy gem exceeded all my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. The food is absolutely delicious, every meal was a treat! The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with a lovely pool. And the hotel is just a one minute walk to the stunning beach. The rooms are clean, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay and the bed was very comfortable, I had the best sleep in a long time. Another standout feature is the generator so you never have to worry about power interruptions. If you’re looking for a perfect spot for relaxation with excellent food and service in Zanzibar, I highly recommend African Bungalows. I’ll definitely come back!

Location, cleanness, family friendly, and great staff

Thanks for the fantastic vacation despite it was short Once we arrived ,we felt like being at home nice staff with smiling face willing to help with anything Very good breakfast with wide various selection and coffee machine available as well The hotel is near every facility you might need The beach is 2 minutes walking only from reception 20 minutes free massage was vey good for relaxation highly recommended

Can’t beat the location, food, or staff. Truly a 10/10

Perfectly designed bungalows and hotel area as well; great, friendly, always helpful staff, very nice restaurant. We had 3 dinners there, all of them were good. Breakfasts had a nice variety. Jambiani itself is a great location, not very touristic, mora local. You can feel real Zanzibar there. We enjoyed our beach walks and also inside town walks a lot. Our Zanzibar adventure started with Savera for 5 days and it was like a dream. We will definitely come back.
