Have been going to Edinburgh nearly every year for decades. Did have family there and also there was a society annuual meeting there most years. Edinburgh was more crowded this year and expensive. The society meeting is planned for elsewhere next year.

Very uncomfortable bed, no place to sit comfortably. Bathroom looked like something from a recreational vehicle (only smaller), location is only good quality. Edinburg is a breathtaking city, in general Scotland is a dream country. You need at least one week to be able to barely explore all the country has to offer. One of the most beautiful places in Europe by far Public health is free. My mom had an emergency . We went to a public hospital and she was seen by a doctor and gave her the antibiotics she needed, free of charge even for us tourists! AmazingMolina - 10Scored 10

Really loved Edinburgh. It has lots of character and loads to do.The locals seem very friendly considering there are tourists everywhere. Edinburgh Castle must not be missed,definately worth a visit.The Dungeons were disappointing however.Really liked The Royal College of Surgeons museum as well. Trams were brilliant and lots of places to eat also. Lastly ,Arthur's Seat is definately worth visiting and climbing if you have the legs and stamina!!AAnonymous
