Really cool hotel with great facilities. Kids can play pool, ping pong, or giant jenga. There is a gym to exercise or a bar to have a drink and both are open 24/7 so there's something for everyone.
Just a 10-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport, this hotel has modern accommodations with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The Park Grand Heathrow Gateway has its own bar and restaurant.

This is not our first stay with Civic Hotel. Thank you so much to the whole t am, and this time thank you VERY much for making our check in early after a very tough and long flight! We were almost dead and had the best sleep in the world, again! Great location to the airport and MUCH BETTER and hospitable than some big name hotels we already tried.
The ibis budget London Hounslow is 4 miles from London’s Heathrow Airport, and perfectly placed for travelers to access the airport as well as the regular transport connections to central London.

The pub had great drinks and food. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free amenities such as toiletries, towel warmer, electric pot, hair dryer, and A/C was nice at times.
In the closest London Borough to Heathrow Airport, Hounslow hotels and guesthouses on Booking.com are understandably a popular choice for those flying in and out of the UK’s busiest airport. However, there are more reasons to stay here than just this.
Hounslow Heath has a nature reserve and golf course, and to the north in the Osterley suburb is the National Trust-operated Osterley Park with its stately home and gardens. Southeast of here is Syon House, while Hanworth Park House is in the Feltham district, home to just some of the hotels near Heathrow Terminal 4. Also close by is the wildlife haven of Bedfont Lakes Country Park.
There are also 2 smaller parks in the Cranford district, near the Bath Road which passes the road leading to Heathrow Terminals 1-3. Most hotels near Heathrow on this road are served by an airport shuttle which has transfers to all 5 terminals. At the opposite end of the airport from Hounslow, Terminal 5 is the newest and most state of the art, and has its own station on the London Underground.
All Heathrow Airport stations are on the Piccadilly Line and have fast connections to the 3 Tube stations in Hounslow itself, and beyond to central London.

Honestly, I don't know Hounslow well, but I always use London Hounslow west station to transfer when I travel from Heathrow. You know, I prefer to travel with the bus, because I can to look around. There is a convenient Sainsbury local next to the Hounslow west station. Iceland store is on the opposite side. And you have to see the market place nearby. his is a weekend market place open only on weekends 7:00am-2:00pm. Other days it’s just a parking area. It's funny and you can get really good bagrain. I didn't see anything like this before - you have to visit it!

Price for the room was high, bed was not comfy, breakfast was not included with room price £63.
Car park was not free, airport shuttle isn’t free too.
Hotel called budget hotel but the price was little highlighted
The hotel lies close to the bus station and a main western London access road. A tube station is 15 min walk away. They offer a breakfast buffet, which is good, except, there could be a greater offer of fresh bread beside the usual toast. Check in and check out are simple, the staff is nice. Bathrooms are in a good condition, also well cleaned. The room equipment is up to date (except the bed), every room has 1 euro electric fuse, which is very useful. Hotel dinner is good, a self-service buffet with a nice choice of different dishes.
This is the second time we have stayed here and again had a wonderful time. Hotel is great value for money and very near the underground and on main bus routes into London. Rooms were comfortable and hotel was clean offers free parking and staff were friendly. The garden at the back of hotel is lovely to sit out and have a cup of tea they are doing the hotel up and extending the hotel and adding a Indian restaurant at the back. They also offer free breakfast.
This hotel exceeded my expectation and I have been to many hotels around the world this is one of the best. The staff are very professional and friendly starting from the welcoming reception. The rooms are very clean and thanks to room organizers in particular Ms. Tatiana who is very friendly and professional. The location is perfect close to Heathrow airport, shops and restaurants. I am definitly will always stay in this hotel every time I am in London.
The location, close to the Hounslow Central tube, perfect for getting to Heathrow quick and early. We ended up taking the bus before the Tube even started running. Also convenient to the Hounslow Central district, with a number of good restaurants. This is probably the main reason to stay here, unless you want to be in this area of London; that would be another good reason to stay here. It's a decent hotel, reasonably clean and reasonably comfortable.
The hotel was in an excellent location. Feltham train station was about 5 mins walk away, so you could get to Windsor and centre of London within minutes. There are some shops nearby, Asda, Matalan, sport shop etc. Wetherspoon is also walking distance. There was plenty to eat for breakfast and the Italian restaurant on site had a lot of choice. The rooms were spotless. We would definitely stay here again as it’s cheaper than in the middle of London.
The room was great value - small, but everything we needed. Strong, hot shower, comfortable bed, kettle and plenty of tea, coffee and milk, and a window that opened, so we could control the fresh air. Hounslow Central is literally 5 minutes walk from Civic Hotel, so really convenient for LHR, and unlike most LHR hotels, has shops and places to eat within walking distance.
Very convenient for working at West Middlesex hospital. Parking was no problem which is a major plus in London. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Room itself was comfortable and noise from downstairs wasn’t too bad especially considering it’s a room above a city pub
The staff was very friendly and courteous - from the receptionist to the domestic workers - all were committed. The rooms were clean and proper and the location of the hotel is quite attractive as you reach the underground-station "central hounslow" within 2-3 minutes.
The location is good and can be quickly reached from Heathrow airport via Picadelly tube line. Also via the same line one has a good connection to the central London. The staff was nice and helpful and the beds were quite good. The Wifi was quite good as well.
Friendly staff and clean, comfortable hotel with a unique atmosphere. Rooms are small but comfortable and nicely presented. We got stranded in London and didn't get back to the hotel until the early hours, the 24-hour bar was great when we finally did.
Price point was excellent for proximity to London Heathrow and Hounslow West underground station.
Night staff member was very friendly, as was the lady who checked me out in the morning. (Not like that!)
Free breakfast; say no more.
Stayed overnight during my transit in London. Short bus ride away from Heathrow. Very clean and well organized room. The coffee station was well stocked. Location close to airport so excellent for transit stays
Please was very clean, staff are really friendly and helpful, it was convenient for us as a family as a base to explore London, you can take the 222 bus to Hounslow West which is the nearest tube station.
Staff were amazing! Nothing was too mcuh trouble for them. The hotel is ideal to travel into central and there are places nearby to eat and drink. Will be booking again next time we are in London!
Very centrally located in Hounslow, near the shopping street (Primark, H&M, lots of restaurants, etc.). Comfortable bed. Room is very, very basic - but that's to be expected from an Ibis Budget.
Good value for money. Location is excellent close the markets and railway station and can reach London 35 mins. Rooms are good and beds are comfortable. Average Breaskfast.
