Lovely staff. Nice view from my window. Nice little bar and reception and a restaurant with a garden view. The shower was nice and big. The price point was reasonable and the location in my opinion was good. The bed was the right level of firmness for me. The towels were reasonably white and fluffy.

The trip to St Leonards with friends worked out perfectly.

The trip to St Leonards with friends worked out perfectly. The apartment was exactly as described with easy access and much larger than expected. With a short walk down to the beach and a walk along the promenade into town all facilities were close by and accessible without needing a car. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again.

Good place to visit, lots of pubs and restaurants along the seafront walk. Town centre is a short walk away. Very disability friendly for people who have mobility issues. Family friendly destination lots to keep children and adults entertained. A few nice arcades not to many just enough. A visit to the free entry boat museum further down the seafront is well worth a visit if you like history of the local area.

Lovely quirky restaurants and galleries. Good independent shops, butchers (Kings), bakers (The Oak), plus decent sized supermarkets. Recommend Remy's Kulinarya for super Filipino and English food, great welcome.

Have been to St Leonards' a few times now and it is shabby chic with plenty of places to choose to eat and drink, The Heist is fantastic and also The Piper. Easy waking to Hastings and Bexhill and fantastic public transport links if you want to go further afield. It is well worth a visit.

My accommodation was close to the beach and the shops.

My accommodation was close to the beach and the shops. Everywhere within walking distance, so did not use buses although they appeared to be plentiful. In St. Leonards the shops on the front mostly closed down and had an unkempt look. Felt the buildings could do with a refresher. The shops are mostly antique furniture with a great selection and variety. Some restaurants Italian and Indian. St leonards close to Hastings Town centre. Small but had a variety of shops, but could do with more gift shops. Countryside fantastic. Great walks. Could do more with more attractions on the castle and local history. Alexander Park. Fantastic. Great day out picnic and walking. Didn't get to theme park, but only due to weather. Visited the 'true crime museum'. I enjoyed it. Worth visiting, but building looked really tired. I would go again and perhaps spend more than 5 days, so I can get around more.
