Everything! The rooms are simply amazing. Huge, comfortable but the amazing artwork makes it extra special! It's beautiful!! The location is perfect, facing the cathedral. The staff was terrific as well as the great breakfast on the roof deck. Sorry we could stay longer!

The owner was enthusiastic and hospitable. Every time he saw me he offered me coffee and cookies. Also they offered for an additional charge a traditional family style Italian dinner. All of the guests who chose to ate together at a huge table. It was a delightful, friendly experience the food was incredible, coffee, wine and liquor were included. The price was very reasonable. The room and bed were very comfy.
The location is excellent only a few steps from the Piazza Trigona and the Cathedral

Quiet contemporary home with lovely grounds. Comfortable, firm beds. The breakfast! Host permitted us to make sandwich for lunch that was very helpful as restaurants sparse where we traveled that day in the spectacular mountains (San Biagio Plantini). You need small car- will be less limiting. Beautiful grounds!

The room was great and a good location for what I I was doing. The room was very comfortable and unique. I had lots of choices close by for eating. Parking was a short distance away, and I opted to pay for the parking to ensure I could leave the car there for two days. Cost was negligible. Excellent room and very helpful host.

The Romana Casale was terrific.
The Romana Casale was terrific. Better than we might have imagined. It is slightly outside of the town.
The town was difficult to navigate--the narrowest streets we have experienced, and you must climb straight up to reach open restaurants, near as we can tell. It is likely different during high season, with more things open.

The city has a particular charm very different from the towns in the Val de Noto we visited and one has a much stronger sense of thousands (!) of years of continual living and history. Make sure to visit the Villa Romana del Casale, fantastic!

Incredible historical area.
Incredible historical area. So many ancient temples in one place with detailed information posted throughout the site. Take a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes. It is easy to get around though not always on even ground. Easy to park at either entrance, allow at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours. There is also a cafe on site.

Piazza Armerina, the incredible Roman villa and mosaics was a highlight of our 12 days in Sicily. and absolute 'must' but recommend that you see the INCREDIBLE mosaics at opening or near closing time so you are not hemmed in by busloads of people and explanations from Babylon. (I speak many languages, but not all at once!) The town itself was very nice as well. Cute terraces, little park, beautiful historic buildings and little cobblestone streets. Ample (paid, inexpensive) parking everywhere.
(Regarding the B&B: the 2nd 'B' is supposed to refer to 'breakfast'. There was absolutely nothing! Many places in Sicily had a Q-code or such so you could go and have breakfast somewhere. A cute idea if you're not one who needs that 1st coup of coffee at rising, but this should be noted in the description prior to payment!)

The owner was really kind and helpful throughout our stay providing taxi services personally to get us to and from the hotel including picking us from the station on our arrival .
The hotel itself was quite traditional. It also has amazing views of Piazza Armerina. The room clean and spacious. We didn’t realise it was an extra charge for a room it’s an AC but there was a fan in our room anyway. The room was cleaned daily at no extra charge so cleanliness was maintained.
Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast.
This is an exceptional property. The owners and hosts are just wonderful people. Their names are Roberto and Nikki, and they could not have been nicer, nor more accommodating to anything that we would need. Especially ask Roberto to set up a lunch for you in the town. The room was spotlessly clean and just exceptionally comfortable. There is a sitting area outside. Where are you? Have a great view of the city. The breakfast that Nikki and Roberto’s prepared was the best we have had on our trip to Sicily.
We spent here very short time. Just arrived in the evening and left after breakfast as we wanted to visit the Villa Casale nearby. The location of the house was perfect for this, it is in the quiet suburbs of Piazza Armerina. We got a parking place and after arrival we could go to have dinner, which was very delicious and a big portion (we recommend to try it). The room was spacious and the host was very kind.
Very well located, near the cathedral up the city of Piazza Armerina. Very easy to access by car (thanks to the precious instructions sent in Whats'app by Piera and Massimo).
The place is charming and in a very beautiful typical street.
We let the car every nights because it is already well located and close to busy streets.
It was really amazing ! Thank you so much !
The owner, Luciano and her daughter Paula showed us the perfect “warm Sicilian” welcome. Having lived in Sicily for almost 7 years now, we can pretty much assessed what is normal and what is a spectacular and what we experience was the latter. The view didn’t disappoint, the food and wine were awesome and the customer service was top notch!
This has to be the best B&B in Sicily Great breakfast ,good choice omelette or scrambled eggs cooked as requested Davide is a friendly and helpful host with recommendations for restaurants etc The accomodation is newly renovated very tastefully done and very comfortable in a pleasant street Davide will show you where the free parking is
Incredibly nice people. They were super-attentive and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. Amazing service. The rooms are brand new, and very big, with AC, TV and a great shower. All very clean. They gave me free bottles of water. Great location to explore the Roman villa del Casale, as well as Piazza Armerina. Free parking.
The property has been beautifully restored and is very well located. Davide arranged parking in front of the property. Breakfast was plentiful and Davide was attentive to our requests. Overall, a wonderful overnight stay after our visit to Villa del Casale. Be sure to visit SiciliArteGusto - a nearby wine bar!
The owners Marta and Manuel were super nice and helpful
They made for us great dinner when we arrived, and the breakfast at the day after was very good as well
The B&B is located about 12 minutes driving to Villa Romana, and about 10 minutes from Piazza Armerina city
The room was big, comfy and clean
Amazing garden and grounds with flowers, herbs, fruits, swing, pool etc.
Really helpful and friendly staff all the way throughout. From the catering team to reception.
Lovely decour and history.
Lovely food.
Such good value compared with other places around Sicily.
The place is beautiful . The garden and the view of Piazza Armerina from the garden are amazing. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean.
The hosts Nicky and Roberto are exceptionally nice and helpful. They succeeded to make our stay unforgetable.
Good location to easily reach both Piazza Armerina and Villa Romana del Casale. The location is nice, despite the main road above (the noise is not a problem in the room). The hosts were all very welcoming and warm, happy to share a moment to talk with you.
We had just one night stay here on our tour around Sicily. The property was clean and the was room spacious. We visited out of season (March) so the town was fairly quiet but stunning views from the top. Perfect for a one night stop-over.
Amazing respite from crowds and transit. Wonderful location and a truly special experience. The loving renovation of this farm by Maria Antonieta was done with detail and warmth. I would travel again across Sicily just to stay there longer.
The position is fantastic - at the top off the hill next to the Cathedral. Staff very pleasant. The "themed", as opposed to numbered, rooms were a little bit quirky but the better for it. Piazza Armerina itself is an unexpected gem.
Great accomodation option in Piazza Armerina with stunning views of the town.
Luciano was very accommodating and helpful - definitely made the stay better.
Luciano's Cat.
Great breakfast selection.
Lovely old Villa with a family history. Excellent dinner. Amazing homemade baked goods at breakfast. Helpful staff. Really close to Roman Villa, main destination in area.
Amazing breakfast, the optional home-cooked dinner was superb and a very good value at 35 euros, location is very convenient for exploring the old part of the city.
