Clean, centrally located, excellent customer service. Attentive 24 hour staff. Air conditioning was excellent for the hot July days - so many places do not have adequate A/C so this American appreciates being able to turn down the thermostat to 18 C / 65 degrees Also great showers with excellent water pressure. Towels were top notch and actually covered your body! There is an elevator!

Rome is a city best experienced beyond just the major attractions. While landmarks like the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum are must-sees, some of my favorite moments came from simply wandering the cobblestone streets, discovering local shops, tasting geloto, watching people and indulging in authentic Roman cuisine at neighborhood trattorias. Strolling around the city is something I highly recommend—it’s the perfect way to soak in the charm, history, and everyday life of Rome.

Location of accommodation was bang on. Right in amongst the major sites. The city is fabulous, it takes some time to realise that you don’t need to travel too far from The Coliseum to eat well at reasonable prices. Get up early and walk. Forget the hop on hop bus, you can cover it all on foot.

The sights worth checking out, the city has a nice vibe, you should definitely explore the pretty, small streets. Food and coffee is just great. I think three days is enough, maybe four if you like to take it slow. You can also take tours, they are not the cheapest but we had a nice experience and learnt a lot of interesting information about Rome.

Great historic compact city, with lots to explore and experience. Transport on the bus, metro and tram was easy. The weather was too hot and the tourist sights were so crowded in the height of summer, would be much more comfortable in Spring or Fall. A lot of rough sleepers near Termini station and we witnessed a thieft opposite the Colosseum. Lovely city but be vigilant.

Rome is a beautiful and fascinating city, full of history and charm. Although it can be quite crowded, especially during peak season, the atmosphere remains enjoyable and the crowds are understandable given its popularity. The public transportation system is excellent and makes it easy to get around the city or even escape to the seaside—just a 40–45 minute trip that’s definitely worth it.

I really liked the room with very comfortable beds and functional A/C. Everything was clean and the housekeeping did a good job. As for a breakfast, it wasn’t anything special but I think that for Italy and the price, it was nice to have options from salty (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham,…) and sweet (pastry, fruits, cereal,…) food. The distance to the city centre and especially Vatican is walkable and the hill the hotel is on is just few steps uphill and you are there, so nothing hard.

The fact that it had a lift this was a bonus for Italy and Rome itself. Unfortunately, that is probably the only thing I did like about the hotel. I think it’s fair that I am honest for myself and other travellers. As I read reviews for all bookings I make.

The location is perfect and it’s near to the main station Termini that’s gives you access to the main spots in Rome. For the price it was worth it. We had the quadruple room and it was clean and a lot bigger than the rest of hotels we stayed in Italy.
