The Staff were pleasant and accommodated us reasonably, holding our bags at no cost. The room was what I asked for. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was clean, there was quiet around the floor, and there was no heavy noise close by the airport. I think we visualized some shopping mall, but we were unsure if it was built or where it was. The hotel offers food, and it has a bar, which is very convenient if you are hungry and want to eat in the hotel.

Nothing actually, all the restaurants were closed. it was extremely hot in the common area and staff was rude. We asked if we could check in at 1 a couple days prior. They said ok… “We can do that, just come one in.” Upon arrival, we were told we could not check in at 1. If we wanted to, we would have to pay extra. The place looked dirty, and the staff was rude. When we were going to check in, the front desk said we have not been charged so we decided not to stay. When we said we were not going to stay, he called us garage. Completely uncalled for but it was it is.

Cancun was beautiful but be ready for the HEAT. It is a shocking heat especially if you have never experienced it. Be aware of the constant and annoying vendors trying to get you to buy they're wares. Poverty is there and I understand that these people are out there every day selling WITH they're children sometimes. Very sad. The constant harassment of the vendors is out of control. The constant request for tips is also a downer. Stick to your budget and spend accordingly. Go with a reputable travel sight, ours was absolutely awful!

I went for a conference so spent most of my time busy with that rather than sightseeing
Ate at a few different places and food was good although not as spicy as I was expecting
Some restaurants were quite expensive
Managed to go to the beach on the last day, would have liked an extra day to spend more time at the beach and gone to see the Mayan ruins
Walked around and it felt very safe
Will definitely like to return for a holiday
It was hot especially at night but with good aircon this was fine
I booked an airport taxi through booking.com but they came for me too early and a delay with baggage meant they left before I met them outside , this meant a very expensive taxi had to be used
So I recommend to pay ahead for a taxi but don't give flight arrival time because you might get stranded if there are any delays so next time I would give a time of 2 hours later and just wait if get through earlier

Cancún beaches and area is very beautiful! White sandy beaches with clear and transparent sea water.
With a very nice night life and lots of restaurants.
Additionally, it's relativity close to many archeological sites, nature reserves, and family parks.

It's not a place if you don't speak Spanish.
It's not a place if you don't speak Spanish. I got on the beach and I could not get off because there was no exit to get off it was all private with fences. No seemed to speak English or help. It's not friendly and very aggressive to you as you walk through areas. Better figure out how to get. Pesos and then figure out how to use them. Very disappointed for a place that hardly anyone knows English for a place like Cancun.

Made for tourists, Cancun has a mix of ancient Mayan history and beautiful beaches, exciting adventure travel options, and wonderful friendly people. The restaurants are amazing and the area is peaceful and gorgeous.
Amazing! THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE BEEN TO IN CANCUN AREA.
After almost 2 weeks of visiting Mexico and Cancun area, and staying in 4 different hotels, in different cities including in Cancun as well - I can guarantee the this hotel is absolutely THE BEST we've been to.
The rooms (with ocean view) are amazing, the service, the fabulous restaurants and bars and all around is more than amazing.
Definitely will recommend this hotel and will be back next time when in Cancun to stay there longer!
Very friendly staff, we checked-in in the middle of the night (new years eve) and there was a party going on but they switched off the music at 1am so we could go to sleep :) room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was good with a huge shower! breakfast was very diverse and tasted good, there was enough parking right outside the hotel. the location is a short walk from the busy area of Cancun, there are also a few restaurants in the same street!
The front desk staff was pleasant. Cesar (I hope I got his name right) was awesome. He wasnt checking me in but came over and starting giving me information about the hotel and amenities. Check in was a breeze..no wait at all. My room wasn't ready but I asked for one that was and with no hesitation, they gave me one. The food was just okay but the Mango daiquiris and Miami Vice was the bomb. I got all inclusive but not sure if it was worth it or not😕
Lovely quirky boutique hotel in Cancun Centro, a little oasis on its own. Garden and pool perfect for chilling and a cool dip. Monica the host is lovely and made our stay very welcome, she couldn't do enough for us. Lovely rooms and big comfortable beds. Pool and garden view. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Will stay here again, highly recommend. Wish we had longer there.
the beachfront was long and beautiful and all staff members exceptionally nice and helpful. a lot of English is spoken here. the suite is part of the all ritmo resort and water park and this is important to remember. we bought the hotels all inclusive package which I felt was a very good value, but there is really no place else to go without taking a bus, car or taxi.
great location and fun pool scene. loved the authentic feel vs. the Vegas style hotel. drinks were a bit watered down but if asked they could re-make them. the dinner reservation was frustrating that if you pay for an all inclusive you are not guaranteed the evenings restaurants. the causal dining was always available. I would stay again but bring better wine.
The hotel has the most beautiful beach. Our family loved it.
We did the stay without all inclusive as we were primarily out and about for the majority of the day. We did dine in on the first night and the food was ok. They have a store in the hotel we're you can buy snacks, drinks and it was extremely convenient.
We only stayed for one night as we flew into Cancun late and were headed to Tulum. It was long enough though to see how beautiful the hotel is!! The garden is stunning and the staff are really friendly. It is a short drive from the airport but really peaceful. It's a shame we didn't stay longer.
Basically the SPA and the mattress was the only two good points about this hotel. Per side that... Nothing much to say about it. For a All Inclusive and the most impressive (on size) hotel of the area... Could be a lot better. Was my first and definitely the last time on this hotel
We needed a convenient location for an overnight stay close to the airport. The free airport shuttle was super convenient, fast and easy to use. The room service and food was also fast and great. We will be using this hotel again if we need an airport hotel in Cancun.
Actually hotel services are better than in the description of the hotel. It is all inclusive hotel with 4 stars, but variety of food and drinks are like in 5 stars hotel. A lot of different extras like several pool bars, food corners that serves food all day long.
The hotel location was perfect! There was no need to go anywhere else because they had a variety of pools, restaurants, entertainment and beautiful clean beachfront. Got the all inclusive package which includes food and drinks. And the room has a Oceanview.
Unlike the overpriced beach hotels further up the coast, this little hotel in downtown Cancun has an authentic feel of old Mexico. Very cheap, excellent $5 dollar breakfasts, nice swimming pool in the courtyard, and lots of interest nearby, what's not to like?
We arrived late at Cancún airport and the hotel is just a 10min drive away from the airport. Also, late check-in around 11pm was no problem. Very helpful and kind staff! If you have to catch an early plane or arrive late, it’s a good place to stay
Very nice lobby and view of the ocean, food was good for an all inclusive and the staff was nice and ready to help whenever possible. Value for all you get is reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
This hotel is conveniently located near the Cancun airport and therefore is great for a night stayover if you are traveling elsewhere. Rooms are comfortable and have good noise insulation.
really nice modern hotel in Cancun. we were going to Cancun for our final evening in Mexico from Tulum so really didn’t want a party spot & this was perfect. away from the hotel strip
Hotel was all inclusive but it has set hours for serving drinks and food. The beach is rather small. Breakfast was delicious.
I feel it was okay for the money.
Hotel was well situated and had great food for an all inclusive. Staff where very friendly and happy to help. Rooms where nice and spacious with decent AC.
