Visited the museum for free and attended a comedy show in the evening. Only spent a short time in Manchester but there were plenty of shops and facilities nearby. Everything was in walking distance and there are trams and buses running through the city. Food delivery is fast and with low delivery fees and well worth the trip out!

Interesting city, with loads of historical features.
Interesting city, with loads of historical features. Feels like a modern European city with sustainable trams creating a nice ambiance. Would never dream of using buses with awkward fares systems for a city stay but went all over using the trams just tapping the card on the reader so extending the reach rather than just walking around the city centre.

Historic city and evident pride of people who live there.
Historic city and evident pride of people who live there. Proud of its history but also embracing the legacy of the cotton trade and other industries in terms of enslaved people poor working conditions. Excellent tram system. The Manchester Co-op Live experience was good and will be much better when the Etihad Stadium and retail/restaurant link with the Stadium is finished (2025). Particularly enjoyed the Etihad Stadium Tour (even though we are Arsenal fans….) and the exhibitions at the Central Library. The Portico Library was very interesting and it was good to see the developments at the Manchester City Art Gallery and the Lowry out at Media City - easily reached by tram.

Manchester has so much to offer visitors. There's something for everyone. Culture, music, excellent venues and lots of restaurants. The trams are easy to get around on and easy to use. Although, it's possible to walk to all the visitor attractions. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Was awarded a bus lane fine when using a road that has times when you can't drive a car along it, theres very little signage and most likely catches all visitors out, the town is grubby and full of people begging. Plenty of places to eat and drink but very little else.
Fabulous surprise to find such a comprehensive array of things to help make a stay comfortable in the room. The design and styling were also first rate and for the first time in a UK City centre hotel managed to get a goo night's sleep with the very comfortable bed and pillows and air condition that worked quietly. Just goes to prove that a UK offer can be just as good as the best on the continent. Location of course being so central perfect. Well done, we will be back!
The Hilton hotel Deansgate is the best hotel just few minutes from historic city centre of Manchester & walking distance away from all activities with different tastes.
The great asset of Hilton Deansgate is friendly staffs & great atmosphere. Well done to all staffs 👌
To get panoramic view of Manchester & surrounding countryside is to book the highest floor. Recommended: The 23 floor is must place to visit to get the best view while you are eating your lunch or dinner
The reception staff were lovely and the venue itself is perfect if you want to party in the city.
Very comfortable rooms. Fun lighting and very clean. Love the bed!
The hotel is really close to everything, so you’ll be fine getting around by foot and even with an Uber. It’s about 10 minutes to the main city centre.
Quiet enough to sleep/recover, but perfect distance away from the liveliness of Manchester.
This was our second stay, and was just as good as the first one! The staff are lovely and very helpful, the room is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is amazing, right in the city centre with everything you'd need close by. When I'm in Manchester I'd only come to stay at this hotel. The sweets they have at the reception desk is to die for! wish you could buy them at a shop haha
100% recommend!
The area nearby is so beautiful and quite near the Exchange square tram station. Manchester Cathedral is just in front of the hotel and a nice park to spend some quality time. Breakfast was really good, typical English style with lots of options 😊 you can refill your water bottle for free from the beer bar area at the ground floor.
I was checked in by a very helpful young lady who`s name began with P - I`ve been staying at various Britannia Hotels for over 40 years and they rightly get some very poor press - but I was given a nice comfortable room at a great rate - the staff were lovely - and knowing Manchester as I do great location as ever.
I absolutely loved my stay, rooms were amazing, staff were welcoming and very helpful and polite, the hotel was stunning.I will definitely be back again and again,mr and my partner stay around Manchester and go to different hotels for a little break but this will be our destination from now on,wonderful place.
The hotel rooms had some beds that were both comfortable and firm. The shower and bath were easy to use with comfort. The location was great - as you come out, you are in the centre of Manchester where you are surrounded by amenities such as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Stayed at the hotel twice while passing through Manchester. A very basic hotel, but great value and very close to the train station. The reception ( Kevin ) was absolutely fantastic and the reason we chose to stay here the second time. Great for an overnight stay.
Great location, really friendly staff and onsite parking make this a fantastic Manchester city centre hotel. Also, because we booked through Booking.com we got a free drink and an extra hour before we had to check out - both things were really appreciated.
The hotel is everything what you need! 3 minutes away from the tram stop to the central Manchester. It take about 7 minutes straight to the City Centre. Great choice breakfast, access to the coffee machine and tea. Staff very helpful and kind. Room clean!
This was my second stay at INNSiDE. It is a great hotel - perfect location for Manchester City Centre with a good car park next door. The staff are great and the rooms have everything you need - comfy beds and powerful showers! We got a good deal too.
a very new hotel, great clean modern rooms, good location within minutes to the city centre, just 3min walk to oxford road station where you can take trains to Liverpool or Manchester airports. great for a city break for sure!
Every time I visit Manchester I stay here.. and I stay at all of its other locations around UK. The hotel is right across from the train station and a short walk to all the restaurants/bars. Very clean and friendly staff
A beautiful hotel with original features, it is located in Manchester City centre close to shops and tourist attractions, and the staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly.
Great, central location that is handy for everywhere in Manchester City centre. The hotel itself is smartly presented. The bedroom was large, HUGE bed and great air con!
