The staff was incredible. The service was the best I have experienced in Mexico and have been traveling there for many years. We traveled to Nizuc in Cancun a few weeks ago and the service was so much better at kempinski. It was also quieter and overall a better experience. The rooms were also cozier at kempinski. We will 100% be back.

That's a great hotel with excellent beaches, pools and a beautiful garden around it. There is a huge variety of amazing food and drinks in the buffets and restaurants. The 24- hour sports bar is excellent as well. The services, programs they provide and the staff are fantastic.You can have a breathtaking sea view from your room.
