Host was very helpful and friendly. Outside lights were left on for our late check-in which was very easy. Location peaceful, property was on the beach so it was a short walk to beach after breakfast, cooking utensils for breakfast which saved us eating out, the car park was close to the apartment, we had a good nights sleep/bed comfortable and the room was larger than we were expecting. Would definitely stay again.

LOVED this house - it’s sooo cozy, you feel immediately at home. The kitchen is functional and offers way more than your avg hostel. Comfiest bed I’ve ever had in a hostel. Nice clean bathroom. Quiet yet social vibe. Short walk to the beach and town shops. Absolutely loved!

Very friendly & helpful visitors information Centre.
Very friendly & helpful visitors information Centre.
Short trip to 1770, but had to do the walks to appreciate it.
The Marina was the chosen place to eat & fish and chips seemed to be the most popular dish, but very oily and overpriced.
Two well stocked supermarkets.
Housing estates booming, so population on the increase.
Agnes Waters Museum, run by volunteers, is a must see, but allow time to read all about Captain Cooks arrival and the history of Agnes Waters.

Nature Walks are a must.
Nature Walks are a must. Just be careful if you have young ones as some are near edges. The beaches are gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly, and it is a very dog friendly place which is amazing.
A must is the Gelato shop and the LARC tour.

Agnes Water/1770 is a lovely location and not overcrowded.
Agnes Water/1770 is a lovely location and not overcrowded. It is big enough to have well stocked food shops and a choice of restaurants, but small enough feel like a real getaway destination. The day trip to Lady Musgrave Island is rather expensive ($245 pp,) but worth it. The swimming beach at Agnes water has lifeguards and is north facing, and so sheltered from the wind and the rougher seas. There are plenty of other beaches for long walks. Eurimbula national park is worth a visit if you have a 4-wheel drive. On a previous visit with two teenagers, we took bikes, which are a great way to get around. There is a bike path between Agnes Water and 1770.

What I liked the most was the totally relaxed feeling of Agnes Waters and the quality of The town beach.
The area did not appear to be commercially, and finance oririentated. I met so many genuinely friendly people who had time to talk and socialise.I am finding it hard to identify any negative or unsatisfactory aspect yo my visit.

Enjoyed the Pizza restrauant - really great.
Enjoyed the Pizza restrauant - really great. Apart of beaches very little to do. Day we would have did a water tour was not available. conditions Are totally different when the weather is good - unfortunately this was the case for us...bad weather
We absolutely adored the holiday house, very cozy cottage vibe, with a great outdoor seating area. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well as the table tennis and fuse ball! The surrounding area is stunning, perfect for a peaceful getaway from all the noise of the outside world. Mike and Michi were absolutely lovely hosts, they have provided everything and more to make our stay super comfortable and have done an amazing job. The beds were also extremely comfy, always a bonus! Looking forward to our next stay at the kookaburras nest :)
The staff was kind and friendly, they gave us tips for tours, food and attractions. The hostel and room were clean. The matt and pillows not comfy but you need to know that as it is a hostel and it's price value. It has a wonderful location between Agnes Waters and 1770. Close to the beach (just a 200 metres walk), they have a pool and they have surf boards. I really recomend this place if you are travelling on a budget. Wonderful staff!
4th Stay. Location excellent. View across the pool to the ocean, short stroll along the beach to Agnes Water. Apartment newly refurbished and excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient. Siobhan called us at 9.30 on the day of check in to say the apartment was ready even though check in was rostered for 2PM.
We have been in Australia for a month and stayed in at least 19 or 20 hotels while traveling. This was the best hotel. It is in a peacefully, secluded location. We hung out with kangaroos behind the pond. The camp kitchen was awesome, fruit, yogurt, bread and cereal were available besides coffee and tea.
Beautiful apartment with lovely heated pool. Great location, 300m from the main beach and a stone's throw from convenience stores and food/restaurant options. Only a short drive to 1770 and other key tourist spots, i.e Chinaman's beach, paperbark forest, red rock trail etc.
We had a wonderful time at edges on beaches. With the pool right at your door step and beach access not to far away of a walk. A short drive to main street agnes Waters and 1770. Stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom poolside. Fresh, cosy, clean and wonderfuly decorated
there was everything there you didn’t need for anything. The hosts were amazing, even got to see some little sugar gliders which was the highlight of our trip, and we love the frogs. Only a short 15 minute drive to Agnes Waters. Very peaceful Paradise.
The hiring was a little bit different to "normal" but it worked out great - shared with a couple from Toowoomba - enjoyed the experience and highly recommend!
The property was very close to all that Agnes Waters offers
We found the staff extremely friendly and the cabins were clean and modern. Also it was a beautiful spot, being right in the bush but enjoying a view of the ocean. Also lovely and quiet and very private.
The staff were accommodating and pleasant, the rooms were clean. The layout was lovely. the pool atmosphere was great. the distance to 1770 and Agnes water was great.
The spa treatment was lovely.
We loved everything about this property, location location location was just fabulous. The breakfast place on the beach at Agnes waters was fabulous. Great coffee.
Location was perfect between Agnes Water and 1770. Only a short walk to the beach too. Nice big house with plenty of room for the family. Gary was very helpful.
