The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. We rented a private room for six people, and it exceeded our expectations as it had two showers, a large sink, and the private area was separate. The beds were comfortable, each with its own charger and locker. The individual lockers were huge and opened with a card. I found the hotel very trendy and modern. I highly recommend it in Munich.

This may be the nicest overall hotel I've ever stayed at and that's saying something. Spacious room, comfortable beds, plenty of outlets, and especially, the staff. Everyone was great. Dan, the owner, Kevin, his son, Sami & Emmanuel at the front desk, housekeeping staff were all so pleasant & helpful. This is my place to stay in the Munich area, from now on.

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Balcony of the room was nice. It made us feel happy to start the day with those french doors of the balcony. Room was very clean. Additionally, minibar (2 naturel water, 2 coke, 2 beck’s and 2 other beer) was free and replenished daily. They give free prosecco coupon which can be used in restaurant and roof top bar. We came back to the hotel after our another trip and we will definitely come again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned and arranged daily, which made it feel fresh and welcoming throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the interior design gave the room a bright and open atmosphere.

Cost to value wise, maybe it’s the best I have ever seen. Huge thanks to the staff who helped in getting the best experience ever. Very friendly and supportive staff, they even helped me in food delivery and told me about the best apps (locally) to get goods and food during off times. Finally, let’s not forget that the city center (Marienplatz) is across street, 3 minutes walk.

FAQs about hotels in Munich

Beyond Oktoberfest

Renowned for its stunning architecture and the world’s largest fair, Oktoberfest, Munich needs little introduction. Its vibrant cultural scene, great shopping and fantastic museums speak for themselves.

Munich has something for everyone: from historic palaces and castles, to stunning royal avenues to world class galleries and museums. Don't miss the new city hall, or Glockenspiel, in the heart of Marienplatz or the former residence of the Bavarian kings, the Residenz. Munich is also home to the world’s most famous beer hall, the Hofbräuhaus.

For great shopping, Karlsplatz is a pedestrian zone which takes up much of the city centre and the upscale area around Maximilianstrasse is yet another commercial wonderland. Munich is famous for its food too, so make sure you try the local Weißwurst, Leberkässemmeln and other popular pork dishes.

Thanks to efficient S-Bahn train, getting to the city center from Germany’s second busiest airport, Munich International Airport is quick and easy. Whether you’re looking for luxury hotels, youth hostels or comfortable apartments, Booking.com has the perfect accommodation for your Munich visit.

Lots to see in Munich. Lots of delicious places to eat. Loved the Red line hop on and off buses .They introduced us to the city and gave us ideas of where we could visit. Had to visit the famous beer gardens, see the palaces and visit the markets.

Munich was very nice place to visit for few days.

Munich was very nice place to visit for few days. Transportation was very easy to navigate through the city and walking was easy to, but challenging there's bike lanes you really need to watch out for and a lot of construction in the area making it difficult and have to remain diligent. Other than that once you get to the main square all that goes away and your at ease. During the day felt safer, at night there are more bums than I thought in a rich area like Munich and bring a big wallet, things were quite expensive around town. Beer is cheaper than a bottle of water. The tours were great to really see the town and castles. Food was good. Italian food was over priced. The Vietnamese restaurant on same block was outstanding went there 2x. Haxen grill was good to or outdoor market was good enough.

We visited Munich at the beginning of August, and unfortunately the weather was mostly rainy, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the biergartens. We also missed out on watching the river surfing, as it had been closed following a recent accident. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed touring Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena—highly recommended! The BMW Museum was interesting, though I would have preferred the factory tour, which was closed for summer holidays (something to plan for next time). Shopping around Marienplatz was another highlight, with plenty of variety and a lively atmosphere. We also had several excellent meals paired with outstanding local beer, which more than lived up to Munich’s reputation. Despite the weather and a few closures, Munich has a lot to offer, and we’d love to return at a different time of year to experience even more.

Stayed in Munich at the beginning (4 nights) and end of our trip (2 nights). We visited Allianz Arena, BMW Museum, Nymphenburg Palace, Deutsches Museum. We did a Third Reich and World War 2 walking tour. We did day trips to Obersalzberg and Saltzburg (Sound of Music) We were going to look at Olympic Park and the English Garten but the summer rainstorms were too heavy.

A perfect hotel, it really made the trip to Munich even better! - Lovely and attentive staff. - Hotel is beautiful, and our twin room was very spacious and comfortable, we had some great night sleeps. Our room was facing the station but very good noise and sound cancellation. - Amazing breakfast and dinner restaurant especially in the courtyard. Highly recommend going to all at least once. - Pool and sauna were a great relaxing addition. - Perfect location right near the station, tram and walking distance to the city centre.

Excellent location, close to the main station and to public transport, but also in walking distance from the city centre. It was the second time that we staid at this hotel and it has improved. The forniture in the room was new, the coloured walls make it nicer. Breakfast is good, for the price (Munich can be very expensive on this aspect). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. An affordable, nice place to stay in one of the most expensive cities in Germany.
