An amazing country hotel in a in peaceful countryside near to town of Garstang with amenities. Easy to find and well located for M6 motorway. Huge free car park. A hidden gem in Lancashire with friendly and attentive staff and lovely home cooked Lancashire style dinner with a bar that opens out to canopy and golf course views. Local golfers gather outside the bar but friendly to hotel guests. Would recommend for couples visiting family, business or just visiting the area. In a previous visit in 2021, we did walk around and discover lovely rural surroundings. From the listing on the breakfast menu, this location is good for walkers and outdoor pursuits.. so ideal for many more than us, just a stop off on a long road trip. The town is compact but has a good feel about it.. especially that it has a number of pubs and other eateries. I have never been to Garstang before I was really impressed.
