The staff are so lovely and the Korean restaurant is so nice! Didn’t get to try the fire pit but I bet that would have been the same! It was a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

Best location , not far from Canterbury West station. The WestGate Tower and WestGate garden , the attractions are just a few walk away. The staffs are friendly and full of service minded. We had been changed the attic room to the ground floor because of the large luggages , the room is nice and wider .

Hernhill is a small village positioned very near the main dual carriageway but still maintaining its rural feel. The roads are very narrow and a bit challenging. It has an excellent pub, the Red Lion, and is very close to a local attraction, Mount Ephraim Gardens. It is very nice at this time of the year as the village is surrounded by orchards and they were busy harvesting the apple and pear crop.

Wish our stay had been longer we were there from Friday to Sunday to attend a family wedding so didn’t have much time to explore the area. Perfect accommodation and perfect hosts. You would need your own transport to get around the area.

A lovely village with great pubs to have dinner in (we had an excellent dinner at the Red Lion) or stop just for a drink if you are exploring the beautiful surrounding country side cycling or walking. Don't miss a visit to Mount Ephraim Gardens (You could stay in one of their beautiful rooms and enjoy a lovely breakfast after a truly peaceful night's sleep). If you feel like hiding from everything go hiking in ancient Blean Forest, that takes you right back into medieval times and fairy tale territory. Or else just walk along the many orchards and snack on fallen apples and pears that are aplenty in autumn. This is the Kent of folklore and Hernhill is perfectly situated to explore this lovely area.
