Perfect location on the seafront, clean room and bathroom, very friendly staff. I've stayed here a few times when in Sandown and am never disappointed. I would definitely keep choosing to stay here.

It was very clean and pleasant, sufficient parking, in a really good location near the seafront. Staff were lovely and friendly and it was very good value for money. Lots of tea and coffee in the room and enough milk for more than one cup of tea!

    This was probably a nice seaside town in it's day, but that is no longer the case. The town centre has many run down or boarded up shops. There is a pier which is full of amusement arcades and gaming machines, but that is about all there is here. We made use of the excellent bus network to go and visit Osborne House, and getting a bus out of town is probably your best option.

    Sandown has a feel of being neglected a bit over the last few years. It still has some good facilities but overall the town looks a bit "past it". A bit of investment is perhaps needed (and pot-holed in the side roads need attention

    Sandown is a family friendly seaside town, with a pier and amusements. The beaches are clean and safe; the main 3 stretches of beach are dog free. A selection of restaurants and pubs selling traditional pub grub are to be found around the town. The shops in the town are varied although like many of our town centres, quite a few are boarded up now. There are 3 parks close by for families with young children. The wildlife sanctuary is well worth a visit as are the nearby towns of Ryde and Shanklin. The local buses are clean, reliable and all the drivers are helpful and friendly.

    This is a very small and quiet residential town . Don't go there for the night life or boutique shopping . The beach is sandy and good for swimming. Lots of interesting places for day trips near by.

    Fabulous water temp in the sea, wonderful beach with soft sand into the water. Sandown is on its way up The sanctuary is a great place to experience the town. Easy beach and park access, close to the shops, and quiet. Sandown offers a perfect English beach holiday; the beach is near perfect. The high street has seen better days, but holds a lot of classic charm and seems like it is ready for a rebirth. I love this town; the people are so friendly. Main tip: park the car and walk.

    Great place to eat in Sandown is Bellamy's Bistro and the Reef is also acceptable. There is a little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating on the front where you can get coffees and ice-cream. Sandown itself is very rundown due to investors buying up property and sitting on it, which is a real shame as the genuine local business-owners are lovely and deserve beter support from council/government!

    Location was close to the coast in Sandown. Room was nice, and breakfast was just right. Staff were so friendly. I was also allowed to bring my mobility scooter into the hotel and park it in the main living area This area also had a huge TV, where we could catch up on fave shows in the evening.

    As a last minute booking looking for a dog friendly hotel, the Broadway Park did not disappoint. My dog was like a celebrity amongst the guests and staff, they loved him. Being in hospitality myself, I know good customer service and we received the best.
