We visited in the second month since it opened. Very convenient location as a stop over on the way North, or South and only a few minutes drive from Durham. Very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money with friendly staff.

The location by the river was quality. The easiness of arriving/parking at the hotel was very good. Check in was rapid- no more that 5 minutes. Breakfast was plentiful. Location to Durham City Centre was very convenient.

This is a lovely,clean, quiet place to stay. 5 minute walk to city center. Close to train station and park. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here

    We love our own space, so this little house was perfect for...

    We love our own space, so this little house was perfect for us. Well placed for visiting Durham, the beaches of Seaham where we collect sea glass, Dalton Park Retail Village and many other places. There's a little patio too which would be great for a barbeque in better weather. Great communication from the host, who is extremely helpful. We will definitely book again.
