Front office Staff were great. Appaently you have to Park in a local street, IF you can find any open spots. The lady at the desk took it on herself to move her car from the back Parking lot and give us her Space (Tag) for the night.

The view and location were fantastic. The parking underneath is really handy, and being able to walk to the beach in 3 minutes is a bonus. You can also see the beach from the top bedroom. Bathrooms are lovely and modern. The little harbour, all the shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk as well.

The Yurt was clean and comfortable especially the beds and the site had everything we needed including a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, also chairs to relax in.
The compostable toilet was a new experience but we were impressed with the shower facilities and how welcoming the hosts were.

A great deal of interest - many individual shops and eateries, fascinating port offering boat trips, quayside market stalls, uncrowded and uncommercialised beaches, possibility of lovely walks along the sea front, excellent castle-gardens with superb tearoom. Parking at the station was easy and excellent value at £3.20 for the day and an easy walk to both the town centre and Tankerton beach.

Whitstable is a lovley town with many individual shops and lovely places to eat. We ate at quite a few, but our favourite was Birdies. Also there is Whitstable castle and the gardens, which are very pretty. The tea rooms at the castle are a great place to sit and the food is spot on. There is also Tankerton which has amazing walks. Both of these are easy to walk to from the apartment.

Whitstable is a very pleasant place to go unless you want a sandy beach. It has very pleasant walks along the beach and harbour areas. There is a lovely selection of small shops in the High Street. Shopping was very easy. There is a good variety of restaurants and cafes and the service is good. I enjoyed my time there and will come back again.

Whitstable is a place of interest for us because of its harbour, arty shops and quirky streets. As photographers we love all of the above and Whitstable is also great for its skies and sunsets. There are good flat walks all the way along the seafront and around the harbour, bus trips to Tankerton, Herne Bay and Canterbury and boat trips from the harbour.
On the down side we were sad to see that quite a few shops were closed, and that the museum is now only open at the weekend.

A wonderful town and not only for oyster lovers!
A wonderful town and not only for oyster lovers! The oysters, however, are the best I've ever tasted. Fish and chips from the Old Neptune pub were delicious and I would recommend the local Whitstable IPA. You can stroll along the harbour front and the beach or the High Street, where there's lots of independent shops and restaurants.

The check in was very friendly (Karen). We booked for dinner which was excellent, we all agreed it was delicious. The breakfast was also top notch with a lot of choice. We walked down to the harbour for lunch before we checked in and also had a good wander around the town of Whitstable. It was just the right distance from the hotel for walking there. The hotel had lots of comfortable places to sit and have a drink if you wanted to and the overall ambiance was friendly and relaxed.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Whitstable with easy access to all of the shops, bars and restaurants and also very close to the seafront. The apartment was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided with lovely biscuits! Car parking is right beneath the apartment and is free for the duration of the stay.

The Crescent Turner hotel certainly ticks all the boxes. There was a warm welcome and fantastic service throughout our stay from Sarah and her team. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and drink were excellent. Watching the sun set over the sea from the terrace during dinner was perfect. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.
