The staff went above and beyond. My grandparents were late in from their flight and had tea and coffee made for them. Breakfast was also very good. Help with the bags was also greatly appreciated! Just be prepared for stairs 😊

Overall a great stay. We managed to self check-in around 11 pm. The room was clean and spacious, same about the bathroom. I enjoyed having a high ceiling. We dropped our bags and walked to the tower in three minutes. There were almost no one there at night. The location is exceptional.

Perfect location , so close to the train station but also walking distance to the town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming , the rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable , this was one of the cheapest bookings I made as I didn't have long in Pisa but I was surprised and it exceeded my expectations

Old world charm, attention to detail, super clean, beautiful building, lovely staff, gorgeous room with the highest ceiling I've ever seen. Our room on the lower floor had a ceiling of what looked like 6 meters! nice and cool in summer, with good AC. (the upper floor has lower ceilings and his hotter in summer.) Restaurant upstairs had simple but great food, beautiful room and breakfast buffet was fantastic with 7 different types of local fruit pies and cakes, plus all usual breakfast foods - great selection. Easy parking outdoors in front of hotel surrounded by very tall trees for shade.

Hotel was clean and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! David is the chef in the restaurant and we had a great bistecca alla Fiorentino. Every restaurant attender had one and it was amazing. Also loved Neri, the bartender. What a great personality, and so much fun to watch. He really could be in commercials.

    Valentina was a great host.

    Valentina was a great host. She welcomed us and showed everything we know. She offered pushbikes for us to use which was a nice surprise. At our check out, she gave us lift to bus stop which was so helpful cz its about 15mins walk and our bags was heavy and was too hot to walk. She may needed to go in town anyway but she waited for us which was kind. Definitely recommend this place to stay if you want to be a little out of town.
