    The place for surfing, sun and beach life. Several kilometers of gorgeous sandy beaches and nice waves, suitable also for the beginning surfers. All the necessary services are available. People are still friendly for tourists and most understand English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese. Lots of young people and families there, not just elderly.

    This is defintely a beach town.

    This is defintely a beach town. I was there in the "off season", although my visit spanned New Year's Eve and there were a lot of day-trippers. Not sure I'd enjoy the place as much as I did during peak season. I was lucky to find on-street parking close to my hostel. I would not recommend having a car here in the summer. One very pleasant surprise was the high quality of the food and service in the restaurants. Definitely not "tourist-trap".

    Villa Alexandra great place to stay.

    Villa Alexandra great place to stay. Had an amazing experience. Very amicable and superb hosts. Facilities are splendid. Feels like home. All sort of facilities were available at the facility. Overall an amazing and worth it stay and experience. A very warm and best wishes to Daniela and her team. Very best of all the luck to Villa Alexandra team. Keep it up with the same high standards.

    There are many uncrowded beaches which are clean, water...

    There are many uncrowded beaches which are clean, water sports are an option. The area felt very safe. For people who want to visit Lisbon and its sights this location is a bit remote but if you want a beach style holiday the location is good.

    Very decent public beach.

    Very decent public beach. Its huge easy to find enough space to plot up with the family. The waves in the afternoon are great fun too. Food restaurants along the beach are fine and it is very clean. Feels safe too.

    We had a fantastic week in The Atlantic Lodge. Location was perfect and felt very safe. So convenient to beautiful sandy beaches, numerous local resturants and promenade for walks. Only a 20/30 minute 'bolt'/taxi ride from airport or into Lisbon city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 and had two large balconies. Our hosts and cleaner were very approachable and helpful. Thanks for the opportunity to create some wonderful memories - would love to return some day.

    Super nice atmosphere, the family double room has a terrace (shared) right outside the kitchen, perfect for the breakfast and evenings, and is literally 2 meters from the pool. The kids were spending most of the day in the pool when we were there. Also very close from the beach but you need a car or a bit of budget to take bolt/ Uber rides if you want to explore more of the caparica/Lisbon area or do some grov’ceries (Lucas took us to the shop once which was amazing!)

    Everything was perfect,I didn’t expect so great service.Staff is extremely friendly and helpful,the hotel is very clean and location is good enough,only 20 minutes till Lisbon with Uber and 3 minutes to Costa da Caparica.The Raimundo restaurant is fantastic,my number one was seafood soup and risotto with prawns,plus very good breakfast.We definitely will be back there

    Great location, easy communication with the owners, very nice little details in the apartment. Easily reachable also by public transport from Lisbon, which I consider a big plus. We did spend only little time inside, as the ocean was too close, but returning there after long walks felt really like home.
