I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago, and I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all the staff who made my visit so memorable. First and foremost, a special thank you to Ana in Guest Relations for the exceptional management of all my requests. Your professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I also want to thank Luis, the Chef Concierge, for helping me discover the best that Chicago has to offer. Your recommendations made my trip much more enjoyable! Aaliyah at the front desk deserves a heartfelt thank you for assisting me with an early check-in. Your kindness and efficiency made a great start to my stay. Additionally, Alice at Terrace 16 provided top-notch service during my meals, making each dining experience delightful. I must also express my gratitude to the entire housekeeping staff, bellmen, security personnel, and all employees of this magnificent hotel. Your hard work and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and genuinely enhanced my experience. Thank you once again for an incredible stay. I look forward to returning and will highly recommend Trump International Hotel & Tower to my friends and family!

FAQs about hotels in Chicago

Our Kind of Town

Standing proud beside Lake Michigan, Chicago is down-to-earth, friendly, and full of culture. It has outdoor art by famous artists including Chagall and Picasso, and there are some fascinating architectural works from the Art Institute of Chicago.

Home to blues and house music, Chicago has an eclectic music scene that reflects its spirit. The Windy City is also a pioneer in a variety of Americanized dishes from it's European immigrant roots like deep-dish pizza and the Chicago hot dog.

The world’s first skyscraper and Ferris wheel were erected in Chicago. The latter, on Navy Pier, is one of the Midwest’s most visited sights. Also famed is the ‘L’ transport system, whose raised trains circle The Loop, the main business district. Check out its skyline reflection in the shiny bean sculpture in huge Millennium Park.

Home of the Bulls and Bears, Chicago is a stronghold of sport and has teams playing baseball, basketball, American football and hockey, to name a few. If you get a chance, try to catch a game.

Chicago Midway and Chicago O’Hare Airport are both on the outskirts of this vast city, so make sure to leave enough time for travel from your Booking.com hotel, apartment or hostel. And all that jazz.

Chicago is definitely a walking city.

Chicago is definitely a walking city. We had to walk up many stairs with our luggage as the escalator going to the Main Street from subway were never in the direction of the exit. Very surprised there are no public restrooms around the city’s/in stores. I’m used to being able to walk into a store/restaurant and use the restroom freely.

Just walk! Do it- there's so much to discover on foot.

Just walk! Do it- there's so much to discover on foot. Absolutely loved the Skydeck experience, the River Architecture tour, walking along the lake Michigan and visiting one of the beaches and taking a dip in that lovely water. The House of Blues must be tried for dinner, drinks and live music, and Navy Pier of course. A surprise was visiting the cultural centre - amazing beautiful building and they happened to have a live free jazz concert along with the many different exhibitions on the diverse cultures of Chicago. Enjoy the Windy City!

Chicago has so many things to do, that would please everyone. However, if there's only one thing that you can do in Chi Town - make it an architecture river tour. Absolutely entertaining and fascinating, along with some great views. Make sure to check out Buddy Guy's Legends - a great blues bar with lots of good music and atmosphere.

I live near Chicago so get to visit often. Chicago is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and by far the nicest large city in the US (compared to LA and NY which I've visited frequently). If you get a chance check out the beautiful lakefront, wonderful restaurants, and incredibly sophisticated museums. And take the architectural tour along the river - such beauty!

Five nights with perfect weather allowed me and my wife to see everything that Chicago offers, It is a clean and safe city that has great architecture, parks , lake-shore and culture (the Art Institute of Chicago is super for those who appreciate art museums), Boat rides 1-2 hours on the Chicago river are entertaining and educational. The Big Bus tours are available (Hop-on Hop off), There are parks for all ages. Great shopping at Nieman Marcus and Bloomingdales, Navy Pier is for families with young children.

Room and view were awesome. Quietest room I've ever had - never heard another door close or neighboring room's conversation. Beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept very well. View on the 30th floor towards the water was beautiful. Perfect walking location to starting line of the Chicago Marathon. Food and drink selection was really good at the hotel. Great convenience store Bockwinkel's around the block for cheap meal options and to stock up on cheaper staples.

The location is perfect. Hotel is located in Chicago loop and you may reach all of main city attractions by walking distance. I have delayed flight from Europe and I was not able to check in for my first night. I contacted property via booking.com and they immediately replied with best solution. I have to admit that I appreciated that help during the situation, it was handled well.

Best location in downtown Chicago! Easy to get to from O'Hare and only steps away from the riverwalk with all it's attractions. The room was spacious and the view worth paying that little bit more for. The fitness centre was also spacious and well appointed, enabling me to stave off some of those extra pounds gained from all the great Chicago dining opportunities :-)
