EVERYTHING! This hotel is just the nicest. Some reviews pointed out how "dated" it is, but that adds to its charm, and it didn't feel that dated at all. My room was not cramped, and they had the basics you'd expect from a hotel. The staff were very warm, welcoming, helpful, and courteous. Their breakfast spread is generous. I could go on and on, but yes, amazing place to stay!

The entrance was beautiful. The exterior doors and yellow vestibule with pretty moulding and brick flooring made for a warm welcome. We were only in Vienna for the night on a long layover and the room was cozy and so very comfortable. We really needed a night of rest and recovery, for which the room was perfect.
