The location was fantastic because we were just a bit off the plaza and it was quiet. The staff was amazing. Saray helped us track down our lost bag from the airlines, they booked reservations at restaurants for us, answered questions regarding using the metro, etc. We cannot say enough about the service and how friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout our stays.

GREAT location. Delicious breakfast with champagne. If you wanted papaya & it wasn’t at the buffet or if you wanted an omelette cooked specifically for you, you would ask the waiter/waitress to bring it to you.

everything perfect, safety top, procedure smooth yet very carefully put to insure guest safety and security as well as the quality of guests & legitimacy for both. very welcoming and charming host. watapp is always on stand by ready for any assistance, very polite , it’s like a guardian angel (u never see them they never knock on ur door or bother you or invade your privacy or even impose rules and conditions on you,making sure that u get more than wat you paid for. these people have maintained a high end property and they run it as their own home / living space, love and respect people who run their business as they care for their own child or loved ones, with an open heart, they give it and it gives back , was an honor and really appreciate all the care and hospitality knowing they can do more , so chapeau bas it is 5 stars in all sorts and for value for many, well they definitely win this one, nearly feels like you owe them a service ,DOES NOT MEAN THAT U INCREASE THE PRICE, it means that you would want to invite them and b their host once , keep everything same ,ur Pricing is truly a definition for value for money. 😀and this is my definition for a happy customer that found the right place for his visits to madrid , And happy to recommend CAVA BAJAS suites without a doubt and with all do respect to the big names in 5 stars hotels yet cava bajas deserves 7 stars for their classy humble and perfect pricing

    Everything is just a bit off and a step (or 2) below 5 stars. The location was only OK. A really good neighborhood (around the corner from the Four Seasons and the JW Marriott), but on a small urine-soaked street with several bars with really loud patrons. The lobby was nice, but not great. The room was nice, but not great - and certainly not worth what we paid for it. The staff was mostly nice, but except for the bellhops (who were great), overall the service was average. The gym was nice. We did not try the food.
