Bright flat, with large living room, equipped kitchen and a quite back garden for the exclusive use of the flat. The double room available is bright and large bay window, and access to the rear garden. The flat is non-smoking only. There is the option to smoke outside at the front of the building or in the private rear garden. The flat has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fibre optic broadband. This is a lovely spacious, airy and quite place to enjoy and relax.
The flat is located in Maida Vale, a quite residential leafy neighbourhood, close to Paddington, Notting Hill, and Bayswater. Little Venice is only a few minutes walk along the canal. The area is also known for its picturesque streets and Victorian and Edwardian architecture, as well as for being home to the BBC Maida Vale Studios, where many famous musicians have recorded music over the years. The area also has several parks, including Paddington Recreation Ground and Hyde Park is also nearby. Little Venice is only a few minutes walk, where you will find a picturesque canal area with houseboats and waterside cafes. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing boat ride along the canal, take a stroll along the towpath, or enjoy a picnic in one of the small parks. There are also several famous landmarks in the area, such as the Canal Cafe Theatre, as well as the elegant white stuccoed buildings along Warwick Avenue.
