I'm happy to offer you this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a private terrace, communal garden, concierge and gym. Excellent transport links (10 min walk to tube station), and great neighbourhood. The apartment is located one step away from the Emirates Stadium (short walk for those who come for events) and Finsbury park. You will find lots of shops and restaurants for your taste. The property is located on the second floor and there is an elevator in the building. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we have partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be required to pay a refundable deposit in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Please note that American express card is not accepted.

Neighborhood info

Holloway Road has many great restaurants for eating out, from Nandos to small hidden away gems like Xi'an impression (3 mins walk from the apartment). Situated right next to the Emirates Stadium. Very close to Highbury & Islington/ Angel (Upper Street with plenty of shopping, eating, and drinking). A few stops on the overground from trendy Shoreditch/ Dalston Holloway Road station for the Piccadilly line is a 10 minute walk, Highbury & Islington Station for Victoria, Overground & National Rail is 15 minutes away. Excellent bus links.
