## The space Completely renovated in 2017 to a very high standard with new appliances and furniture, designed with a modern industrial Scandinavian feel. The property is on the ground floor with a private garden and is set inside a larger communal garden set well back from street. This creates a calm, quiet, secure oasis that promises a good nights sleep even in the centre of the city. Comfortably sleeping up to four people, the apartment boasts one double bedroom and the option of a double sofabed for those who wish to use it. Our cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen on the bed just before your arrival. The living area is cosy and stylish, with a comfortable sofa and TV, plus a large, marble dining table for those who fancy a spot of home cooking. This leads through to the fully-equipped kitchen which is completely new and bright thanks to natural light streaming through the large windows. The bathroom is also refurbished and modern.
