Welcome to my beautiful penthouse style apartment. Which comprises of two double bedrooms, one bathroom, three spacious balconies, with a superb open plan fully fitted kitchen and a generous living room space. The living room is the heart of the property, boasting two generously sized balconies, you'll have the ideal spots for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets. The kitchen is a chef's dream, which is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek cabinetry, and ample counter space for meal preparation. Creating an inviting atmosphere where you can entertain guests or unwind in style. The living room's large windows and balconies glass doors provide an abundance of natural light, enhancing the already spacious feel of the room. These doors lead out to the two balconies, allowing you to effortlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living. (The living room has a sofa bed, which can sleep two more guest, six guest maximum at one time). The apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom is a true retreat, complete with its own private balcony.
