Fantastic first floor contemporary flat with 2 ensuite double bedrooms in central Richmond with a sunny balcony overlooking 2 rugby fields. The well equipped kitchen is modern Italian and opens onto the living room. Spacious and bright, set within a peaceful gated complex, this private executive style accommodation has fabulous light. A central location, convenient to the river, golf course, swimming pools and Richmond Park, with allocated parking and the railway station is less than 100m away. The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony which gets sunshine in the afternoon and overlooks the two rugby grounds. The whole place is very light and bright. The flat is 1100 ft.²

Neighborhood info

Richmond is a beautiful affluent suberb of London on the banks of the river Thames. Richmond high street has a mix of independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. The flat is close to the train station and minutes walk to the famous Richmond Green and Richmond riverside. Richmond station is on the District line which runs through the Chelsea and into the city, the Overground (Ginger Line) takes you around Greater London in an almost complete loop (avoiding the central area) and the Main Line SW Train runs regular and fast lines into Waterloo and the South Bank. Richmond is a beautiful leafy suburbs of London – on the banks of the river Thames with easy access to London. The high street includes a plethora of independent shops – from the lanes in Richmond, cobbled Church Street in nearby Twickenham, to the flourishing high street in Teddington – there is something for everyone. You are surrounded by pubs and restaurants (both exciting independents and chains you will recognise) and local venues for theatre as well as a wealth of live music (it may have started with Eel Pie Island, but it didn’t stop there!) so don’t forget your dancing shoes.
