Room was great but needed curtains on the entrance hall window as light door through under the door. Staff were really great. Very efficient, very helpful and very friendly. Dinner was very good. A great location for walks and access to Ivy Lodge where we went for a wedding

The location is great. Just 5 minutes walk from town and next to The Barn Theatre. The food in the restaurant Teatro is delicious . Saturday night entertainment in the Piano Bar was great.

Great accommodation, friendly staff, great evening meal, wonderful breakfast, one of the best cooked breakfast I've had, excellent sausage! Good supply of tea & coffee in the room & nice shower gel and body lotion. And a lovely comfy bed & decent towels which smelt lovely & fresh.

Cirencester has plenty of shops and restaurants and we were conveniently close to the Pullman shuttle that took us around the countryside. Restaurant and bar was good. I enjoyed the steak pie. The staff were very nice. Only issue was the plumbing in our room and overall upkeep.
