This three-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a late Victorian building sitting directly opposite Dartmouth Park right at the top of Dartmouth Park Hill. The green spaces of Hampstead Heath are also a stone throw away from the property. A very light and airy apartment, it comes with three decent-sized double bedrooms, a modern kitchen and two bathrooms with all the necessary mod cons for a comfortable stay. Please note, the apartment is located on the second floor of a period Victorian building. Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building and as such guests will be required to climb stairs. (On average about 12 steps).

The apartment is located in an affluent neighbourhood near Hampstead Heath with local amenities less than 10 mins walk away. The property seats at the top of Dartmouth Park Hill with local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It is within proximity of Whittington Hospital (9 mins walk). There is a bus stop directly outside the property making for easy transportation into all parts of the City. The nearest stations are Tufnell Park (Northern Line - 8 mins walk) and Archway (Northern Line - 10 mins walk) with direct services to areas such as London Bridge, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road and Camden Town. The areas of Kentish Town, Hampstead Heath and Holloway are within easy reach of the property. It is perfectly located for those looking for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the City but within easy reach when needed.
